At Barnham Broom, we aim to provide a warm welcome to all of our guests. Because our resort features a mix of traditional architecture and varied layouts, we want to provide clear, transparent information regarding our physical spaces to help you plan your visit comfortably.

Parking & Arrival
Car Parks: We have three car parks on-site.
Best for Accessibility: The most accessible parking spaces are located near the Events Entrance.
Reaching Reception: Please note that if you park near the Events Entrance to access the main hotel reception, you will need to make your way through the internal hotel corridors.
Accommodation & Bedrooms
Lifts: Please note that there is no lift anywhere within the hotel.
Bedroom Layouts: None of our bedrooms are purpose-built for accessibility. Due to the layout and size of the rooms, some may not be able to accommodate a wheelchair.
Room Access: All of our hotel bedrooms require navigating at least two steps to reach. Because of these unique structural limitations, we strongly recommend calling our reception team directly on 01603 759393 before booking so we can discuss your specific requirements and offer the best possible advice.
Leisure, Fitness & Spa Facilities
Fitness & Pool: Our fitness facilities, including the gym and the swimming pool area, are only accessible via steps.
The Spa: The Spa is located on the ground floor and is accessible. However, please be aware that the hallway width within the spa treatment area is narrow, which may present challenges for larger mobility devices.
Dining, Lounges & Bars
The Brasserie, Lounge & Upper Terrace: These areas are fully accessible on the ground floor directly from the main hotel reception.
Lower Brasserie Terrace: The lower level of the terrace is accessed via steps down from the upper terrace area.
The Sports Bar: Located upstairs on the first floor. Because we do not have a lift, it is unfortunately not accessible to guests who require step-free access.
Conference, Banqueting & Event Suites
Our events spaces vary in accessibility depending on their location within the resort:
The Barford Suite: Fully accessible on the ground floor. This area features a dedicated accessible toilet.
The Colton & Bickerston Suites: These ground-floor rooms are accessible for events and private dining. However, please note they do not have immediate toilet facilities; guests using these rooms will need to use the accessible toilet located in the Barford area.
The Kimberley Suite: Located on the first floor and accessed via stairs only. This room is not accessible for guests with limited mobility.
