Check in is available from 3pm onward on your day of arrival.
You must check out by 11am on the day of your departure.
Yes, late check outs can be arranged subject to room availability. Please let us know if you require a late check out at time of booking or by speaking to Reception when you check in.
We have a delightful range of light meals and drinks that you can get delivered to your room until 9.30pm. After 9.30pm we offer a sandwich menu.
English or Continental breakfast is served from 6.30am – 9.30am Monday – Friday and 7.30am – 10.30am on Saturday – Sunday in the Brasserie. You can also have a Continental breakfast if you have an early start and need to leave the hotel before 6:30am

All you need to do is call us on 01603 759393 and let us know what you need to change, and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before you are due to arrive, otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged.
Yes, you’ll just need to launch your internet browser and then sign up for the service on the registration page to enjoy free internet access in your room and the public areas of the hotel such as the lounge and bars.
You’ll find a hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities, a safe and a fridge. We also offer a laundry and dry-cleaning service, and our housekeeping team can provide an iron and ironing board, delivered to your room on request.
We recommend booking Spa treatments at the time of booking your room, to ensure that you get the time that suits you. However, you can call us on 01603 757545 at any time to book a treatment or two.
We offer two types of rates, each with its own cancellation policy:
- Flexible Rate: You can cancel free of charge up until 12:00 PM the day before your arrival. Card details are taken to secure the booking, and payment is made on departure.
- Advance Purchase or Promotional Rate: This rate requires full pre-payment at the time of booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once booked, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Yes, we have a safe luggage store near reception for your luggage if you want to continue to use the hotel’s facilities after checking out. Please speak to Reception when you check out to arrange safe luggage storage.

We have ample free parking both at the front and to the side of the hotel.
No. We are open to residents and non-residents 365 days a year.
Yes, we welcome both guests of the hotel and locals to join us for breakfast. Prices vary but can be found on the breakfast menu.
English / Continental breakfast is served from 6.30am – 9.30am Monday – Friday and 7.30am – 10.30am on Saturday – Sunday in the Brasserie.
Our mouth-watering lunch menu is on offer in the Sports Bar from 12 – 5pm every day. We also offer a beautiful Afternoon Tea in our Lounge area and Brasserie, from 12:30pm-3:30pm if you’d prefer something a little bit more special.
Dinner reservations can be made at the Brasserie from 6 – 9pm. Alternatively you can eat in the Sports Bar from 9am – 9pm for a more casual offering.
Yes, we offer a children’s menu in the Sports Bar only. Please note, only over 16’s can dine in the Brasserie.
Yes, all of our menus cater for any requirement, speak to a member of staff.
Yes, we do advise you book for the Brasserie, speak to hotel reception on 01603 759393 or book on-line through our website. The Sports Bar doesn’t require a booking, except for larger parties over 8

Unfortunately, the Brasserie and Sports Bar, alongside the whole resort, do not accommodate dogs.
It is served in the lounge between 12:30 – 3:30pm. You are required to book in advance.
Generally, afternoon tea lasts between 1 hour and 30 minutes and 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Yes, we do! We have a beautiful terraced area outside our brasserie alongside an upstairs terrace off our Sports Bar.

Yes, we have two smaller rooms that can accommodate private dining, we can even allocate groups together in our Brasserie if prebooked.
Gift vouchers for the Brasserie can be purchased on our website and are valid for one year.

Our therapists are trained and highly qualified experts, so will talk to you before booking your treatment about what you are looking for and then recommend the most appropriate treatment.
The main spa treatment rooms are located near the main hotel reception. The Health & Fitness Club is complimentary (included) on most spa day packages, but please note this is a 5 minute walk through our lounge and bar area, you will be provided with a robe, towel and slippers that can be warn around the hotel.
Yes, with all spa packages and days, we provide complimentary (a) robe, slipper and towel hire, if you are on a package with afternoon tea included, you can wear these in the sports bar and brasserie lounge, or on the terrace on a sunny day.
If you are booked in solely for a treatment, note that robes are not included.

The minimum age requirement to have treatments in The Spa is 16 years of age. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate babies and young children in our Spa whilst parents/guardians are having treatments.
At a spa day, you typically enjoy treatments like massages, facials, and body wraps (body treatments). You can also use facilities such as saunas, steam rooms, and pools (remove s as it seems like we have more than one) for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation.
Yes, a spa day is worth it for stress relief, ultimate relaxation, and self-care. It offers physical and mental health benefits, including improved circulation, reduced muscle tension, and enhanced mood.
For a spa day, woman (you) typically wear comfortable clothing to arrive. Most spas (Spa dayss) provide robes, slippers, and towels. For treatments, you’ll usually (you can) change into disposable underwear or your own underwear. Bring swimwear if you plan to use pool facilities.

It’s generally recommended to wait a few hours before showering after massages or body treatments to allow oils and products to absorb. However, you should rinse off after using saunas or pools.
Yes you can still have the service, this may be required to be adapted. In some situations a GP letter will be required.

Both courses are open from 7.30am in the Summer months and in the Winter months, courses are open from 8am.
We offer an off peak membership. During the winter months, tee times can be booked from 11am onwards and during the summer months, this reverts to from midday onwards
You can book a lesson via our golf shop with our resident PGA professional, for juniors we also have group lessons on a Saturday.
Memberships cannot be shared or transferred; we do offer joint memberships for those living in the same household.
We expect that you are able to play a round of golf, observing the necessary etiquette as follows:
To make sure everyone enjoys their time at Barnham Broom Golf Club, there is a dress code and a few rules that we ask to be observed.
Dress Code:
- Approved, recognised golf clothing should be worn at all times on both courses.
- No blue denim trousers, football/rugby shirts, sports shorts or tracksuits are permitted.
- No trainers, only golf shoes to be worn on the golf courses.
Staff are authorised to approach members and visitors if the dress regulations are not being adhered to.
Etiquette
In order to help everybody enjoy their game: –
- Please repair your divots and pitch marks and rake bunkers.
- Each player must have their own clubs.
- Please keep up with the game in front and allow faster groups behind you through.
Our course marshals have total authority over golf play. Please abide by their instructions.

Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time after the initial 12 month period.. In the case of injury or illness, annual memberships can be paused if there is sufficient evidence.
Sometimes, we ask that you contact us directly before arrival to confirm its use, as areas / days or certain golfers will now allow these to be used. - All drones need to be registered with the FAA.
We welcome everyone at Barnham Broom- whether its to play, learn or socialise!
Green Fee information can be found here for visitors or guests of members.
We have a limited number of golf clubs for rental. You can bring your own golf clubs and kit, storage for these is outside the golf shop. Anything left here is at the risk of the owner, not Barnham Broom.
No, we’re passionate about growing the game! However, to get the most out of their experience, we would recommend that the child is over the age of 3 and all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Sorry, We do not allow dogs on the golf courses or within the Barnham Broom Resort.
No. You can use our facilities if you have a membership, are a hotel guest or if you purchase a day pass from The Edge reception.
We are open 6.00am until 9.00pm Monday to Friday, and 7.00am to 7.00pm Saturday & Sundays.
If you are joining us on a spa day or break, then towels will be provided for the duration of your stay. Edge members towels are £3.00
If you are staying at the hotel overnight, then you can add on a day pass to use all of our facilities ( Pool, Gym, Sauna, Steam, Bubble pool, Tennis & Squash Courts and classes) for the duration of your stay for £7.50 per person. Alternately if you wish to join us for the day, non-members pay £20, and a friend of a member £15.
You can upgrade and pay at the hotel or the edge reception.
Please note that classes fill up very quickly. If booking on the day, it is unlikely you will get a space, so if you wish to take a class, please call us first to check the availability.
Yes, if you pay monthly you are signing up to a 3month membership, there crafter it will be 1 month rolling. Joining on a annual membership your contract is 12months.
Our joining fee is £49 this includes vouchers in your membership pack, locker band and sweat towel.

Our pool is heated and usually reaches a temperature of ~30°
All classes are mixed ability. The instructor will discuss before class you ability and will support you throughout the class.

15% discount on food and drink, and stays are available to Edge members, with our resort Clubcard. You must activate your card at the Edge registration as soon as you are a member to receive discounts.
To cancel your monthly membership please contact us via email or letter stating you full name and membership number giving a 4 week notice period.

We can cater for up to 150 guests at any one event. We can actually accommodate up to 220 people at full capacity in the Barford suite, this is theatre style setup. Banqueting on rounds is up to 150 people.
