Take a dip in our 11-metre indoor pool at Barnham Broom, Norwich. Our poolside retreat features a sauna, steam room, and bubble pool, perfect for unwinding. Afterwards, relax on our comfortable loungers while taking in views of the impressive golf courses and Norfolk countryside beyond. To ensure a tranquil experience, swim times are split into dedicated adult-only and family sessions.
Visiting for the day? Day passes for our gym, pool, and relaxation areas are available for £20 per person. If you are joining a member, this is reduced to £15.
For hotel guests on a room-only package, you can upgrade your stay for a one-off fee of £7.50 for your entire trip.

We offer a diverse range of classes, including Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Circuits, Fitsteps, and Aqua Fit. As spaces are popular, we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to secure your spot.

No. We also offer day pass options, where you can use all our facilities, including the tennis and squash courts, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym for £20 per person.
If you're coming with an existing member, it’s £15. If you are staying at the hotel on a package without health and fitness access, you can upgrade your access for £7.50pp for the duration of your stay.
If you are looking to hire our tennis or squash courts, these are available to the public for £8 an hour, rackets and balls can be hired separately.

Our pool is heated and usually reaches a temperature of around 30°C
Kids under 16 years are not permitted in the gyms or poolside facilities (sauna, steam room and bubble pool). Children must be accompanied by an adult.
