Never arrive late for your treatments – be here 15 minutes early. Keep voices low in treatment and relaxation areas to maintain everyone’s peaceful experience. Mobile phones and valuables are best left in your locker. Remember to shower before using the pool, sauna, or steam room. Tell your therapist about any health conditions, and make sure to remove all jewellery before treatments.
